Uganda Hosting Zone V
The Uganda Handball Federation is proud to announce that Uganda is hosting the Zone V Youth (U18) and Youth (U20) Handball Championship from 6th to 10th April 2025 at the Old Kampala Sports Arena, in the heart of Kampala City.
This prestigious regional tournament brings together top youth handball teams from across East Africa, providing a platform to showcase emerging talent and foster regional unity through sport.-Group A: Ethiopia (ETH),Somalia (SOM),Tanzania (TAN) and Kenya (KEN). Group B: Rwanda (RWA),Burundi (BDI),and Uganda (UGA).
The Uganda Handball Federation extends a warm welcome to all participating nations and fans. With preparations in high gear, the Federation promises an exciting, competitive, and well-organized tournament that will promote youth empowerment and sports development in the region.Stay tuned for more updates, and team profiles.

National League Winner 2023
In the 2023 Uganda National Super League championship, both the Police Handball Club Women and the UPDF Handball Team Men emerged as the champions in their respective categories. The Police Handball Club Women showcased their skills and teamwork, while the UPDF Handball Team Men displayed their prowess and strategic approach to the game. Both teams demonstrated their dedication and talent, earning well-deserved recognition as the champions of the tournament.
