Uganda Handball Federation
The Uganda Handball Federation (UHF) is the governing body for the sport of handball in Uganda. It is responsible for promoting and developing handball at various levels, from grassroots to national teams. UHF is registered with National Council of Sports and internationally Recognized bodies International Handball Federation.
The Federation was established to oversee and regulate handball activities in Uganda. It is affiliated with the International Handball Federation (IHF) and the African Handball Confederation (CAHB), which allows Ugandan handball players to participate in international competitions.

National League Winner 2023
In the 2023 Uganda National Super League championship, both the Police Handball Club Women and the UPDF Handball Team Men emerged as the champions in their respective categories. The Police Handball Club Women showcased their skills and teamwork, while the UPDF Handball Team Men displayed their prowess and strategic approach to the game. Both teams demonstrated their dedication and talent, earning well-deserved recognition as the champions of the tournament.
