Congress

The Congress is the highest UHF body. It’s an assembly where representatives from each UHF Member District Association and Clubs come together. Each member is represented by three (3) representatives and every member has one vote, regardless of its size or handballing strength.
The Congress sits once every year on a date not later than 28th February of each year. The elective congress is held every four (4) years and not later than 30th June of the election year. The extra ordinary congress is convened within three (3) months of the request that it’s convened upon a written request of a simple majority of the federation members, council members or Excom.
